Erica has a wide variety of experience and expertise in the healing arts and has works in private practice doing one to one psychotherapy, mediation for couples and families, facilitation of workshops, and in different therapeutic support roles.  She is currently a RCC (registered clinical counsellor) in British Columbia and is a provider for ICBC, FNHA, CVAP, KCDS, and WorksafeBC.  She obtained a Phd from Queen's University in Sociology with a focus on emotions, trauma, and community health.  Before pursuing her Masters and Doctorate she obtained a diploma from Grant MacEwan University as a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) and is certified in Reflexology, Reiki, Touch for Health, and NLP (which included a certification in Time Line Therapy).  She is a DONA approved birth doula.  She also holds a certification in Somatic Relational Therapy and has done trainings in NonViolentCommunication and nondual therapy.  She is interested in all phases of healing work with plant medicines.  She is committed to being of service to clients on their unique healing journeys through a commitment to facilitate transformational, trauma informed, soul-centered work.  She holds a vision of community wellness that extends from the psychospiritual and somatic health of embodied individuals.  She loves to work with groups, families and children.  She takes an intuitive, multidimensional and nondual approach to healing and wellness and uses different modalities to support her clients wherever they are in the present moment.  She holds faith in the innate wisdom of each person's unique relationship to their spirit to be a guide and teacher in their own healing process, and feels honored to be part of the journeying.
